"Howl" opened the Sundance Film Festival and the resulting buzz ("rebellious, arty and difficult and exactly right for Sundance") has been exciting. It was just selected for the upcoming Berlin Film Festival. The film is based on Allen Ginsberg's "Howl" and the landmark obscenity trial in which the poem's publisher was eventually acquitted. I play Neal Cassady, one of the central figures in a generation of artists, writers, and uninhibited life livers known as "the beats."

Placebo continues to do well on the festival circuit. We picked up the audience award at the DC Shorts Film Festival.
